Human brain is a complex organ and its behavior is a study altogether. Examinations are one time when the brain tends to react differently, beyond common logic of average daily life

January, February and March are the dreaded months of the year when students and as well as parents find difficult to cope with. The last minute frantic searches for tutorials / tutors begin; comparisons with fellow parents and students begin; sudden burst of spiritual faith begins and begins the pressure on the examination candidate.
Suddenly the televisions programmes are banned and so is the internet, magazines, music system etc.
The examination candidate is expected to study round the clock with expectations laid out. I have this student who is in school and his PSP, internet connections, comics etc. has been confiscated with the month of March coming.
The ultimatum given to the kid is that he should score the highest in his class failing which his last resort i.e. the guitar too shall be confiscated. I got curious when I got to know this and with very little effort I found out that the kid has been coming second for the past five years. Now I call these pushing things a little too far.
